PHOTO RELEASE - Policy: By participating in this Annual Halloween Shoot, the client grants Inher Goddess Lingerie the right to use photographs and videos from the session for promotional materials, social media, and website content, unless otherwise requested in writing. All images will be used respectfully and professionally, ensuring client anonymity where requested. No images will be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. PRIVACY Policy: Inher Goddess Lingerie is committed to maintaining the privacy of all clients. Any personal information, including but not limited to contact details, photo shoot content, and special requests, will be kept strictly confidential. Images and videos from your shoot will only be shared with the client and the production team unless the client has signed a model release allowing for their use in marketing materials. The privacy and security of our clients are of utmost importance, and no unauthorized sharing of images or personal details

CANCELLATION Policy: No rescheduling will be permitted to ensure fairness to all participants. In the event of a cancellation, a $375 cancellation fee will apply. This fee ensures that all participants who booked are committed, as rescheduling or filling a canceled spot would be disruptive to the community nature of this event. NO REFUNDS!
